I actually like Safu. XD
Not just because she brought Shion back to life... (although, I do think I'd start to dislike her if she ended up with Shion...)
But anyways, I thought she was an interesting character. Mostly, her 'weirdness' really reflected what living in a place like No.6 would do to a person. Shion is just like her in a way, but Safu's kind of more to the extreme haha.
Just like how she said, "I want your sperm." instead of "Let's have sex." I think that's because she lives in No.6 and it has given her a warped way of viewing the world.
Which I think is fantastic writing, I applaud the writer of No.6
